Cedar Court Hotel Harrogate

Absolutely stunning hotel in a wonderful location. Ideal for us to visit Harrogate and Mother Shiptons cave. Walking into the hotel, the attention to detail was aesthetically pleasing. My son loved the singing pumpkins and all the staff couldn't be more helpful. Beautiful bar lounge area to relax in after a busy day shopping and sightseeing. We had a meal in the restaurant which was absolutely beautiful. Is definitely on our list to visit this beautiful hotel again.

The hotel was dog friendly and the staff were very welcoming and inclusive of the dog It was a good location for walking into the centre with the dog The bar was open 24/7 so we could relax in the bar knowing the dog was welcome and we were comfortable When we arrived in the room there was a dog bed, bowl and toy waiting with information on the hotel relating to pets which was a really nice touch and made us feel comfortable as it was our first trip to a hotel with the dog Our room had a low window which was perfect as our dog is the nosiest dog ever so he had a lovely time watching everything outside while we got ready to go out

From when we were greeted on Wednesday by the charming young man on reception, to when we booked out on Friday, we found every member of staff that we encountered to be professional, courteous and polite. Each one of them went out of their way to help us and provide the best service that they could, with a big smile. The buffet breakfast was plentiful with good choices, including vegetarian sausages - cooked to order when requested. Our evening meal was excellent, really well cooked, and good choices on the menu. Our room, (223) was clean, comfortable and warm, nice bathroom with a good shower, and the bonus of a deep bath ! A lovely hotel, with excellent staff, can't wait for our next visit.

We didn't book ahead for the restaurant the first night we checked in and it was fully booked but Roisin was amazing; got us a table in the lounge area and organised for us to order off the main menu. Lovely to see some familiar staff faces serving us too (Anne). The room was more modern than we have stayed in before and we loved it! Particularly appreciated that the windows opened sufficiently to allow us to keep the room cooler at night.
